Finding Contentment and Gratitude
Contentment (Qana'ah) is a great blessing from Allah. It is a state of mind where one is satisfied with what Allah has decreed for them, finding peace and happiness in every circumstance.
Remember: **True richness is not in having many possessions, but in the contentment of the heart.**
A Quranic Verse on Gratitude
وَإِذْ تَأَذَّنَ رَبُّكُمْ لَئِن شَكَرْتُمْ لَأَزِيدَنَّكُمْ
"And [remember] when your Lord proclaimed, 'If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor]...'"

The Prophet (ﷺ) said: **"Indeed successful is the one who has accepted Islam and is provided with just enough sustenance, and Allah makes him content with what He has given him."**

اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الرِّضَا بَعْدَ الْقَضَاءِ
Allahumma inni as'aluka ar-rida ba'da al-qada'
"O Allah, I ask You for contentment after the decree."
Dua for Gratitude for Blessings
رَبِّ أَوْزِعْنِي أَنْ أَشْكُرَ نِعْمَتَكَ الَّتِي أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيَّ
Rabbi awzi'ni an ashkura ni'mataka allati an'amta 'alayya
"My Lord, enable me to be grateful for Your favor which You have bestowed upon me."
